My background

When jewelry tells a story

Throughout her travels, Véronique's passion for jewelry has been nourished by multiple inspirations. It was in Geneva, the birthplace of high jewelry, that her career truly took shape. She lived there for eight years as an artistic director in advertising, before turning to jewelry during her maternity leave. It was then that she undertook comprehensive training, from design to setting, and created her very first collection, inspired by motherhood.

With a keen creative eye and a deep attention to detail, she naturally transposed her artistic universe to jewelry. In 2021, Mona Fine Joaillerie was born: a house dedicated to meaningful jewelry, designed in gold and precious stones, made to last, ethical, and comfortable for everyday wear.

Originally from Montreal's South Shore, where she is now based, she collaborates with local artisans who share the same values of excellence and authenticity. Together, they bring to life unique pieces, meticulously handcrafted, designed to tell personal, timeless, and deeply human stories.

Born from a passion for local craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, we believe that the perfect piece of jewelry is not just one that catches the eye, but one that holds meaning for the wearer in their daily life.

Creation process

Whether it's for imagining a new collection or designing a custom piece of jewelry, everything begins with a series of sketches, which lay the groundwork for the artistic direction. Then comes 3D modeling, which allows for precise visualization of the piece before manufacturing. A wax prototype is then printed to validate the proportions, details, and comfort, before launching final production. Each step is carried out with care, patience, and meticulousness — because every piece of jewelry deserves our full attention.

Recycling Your Treasures

Giving a second life to your old jewelry is also part of our expertise. We believe that forgotten treasures in your drawers deserve to be reinvented, to tell a new story.

Gold is remelted, stones are remounted... nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
