Return Policy Duration

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) may be required.
  • pre-authorized by our customer service.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

Non-refundable items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Procedure

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

You will be informed of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank (processing delays may apply).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
